​I’m an ecosystem developer working toward a regenerative world where people and planet thrive together. My role is to develop the leaders, relationships, and collaborations that will make this future possible.

To me, food is everything that comes from the earth and eventually returns to it. I've worked with 100+ organizations spanning hospitality, architecture, education, aquaculture, farming, biotech, investment, and beyond. 

My perspective was shaped from a decade working across innovation ecosystems. I began as a venture scout, identifying emerging investment opportunities for organizations like IKEA, Novozymes, PINC, and Singularity University. I then co-founded Top 50 Farmers, a farmer-first accelerator supporting regenerative farmers across Europe.

Today, I serve as an executive coach, helping leaders create the conditions to thrive while driving transformational change. I also advise funders on investment and partnership opportunities to move the food system forward.

I speak on stages around the world on the power of food and MC conferences that bring the industry together. I'm also behind the Future Food podcast featuring 150+ conversations with industry through leaders. 

My MSc is in Management of Innovation and Business Development and BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. I’m a GLOBE Scholar, AFS Alum, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with additional training in Regenerative Entrepreneurship and Regenerative Leadership.
