How it works
The Leadership Circle gathers monthly.
Each session is an opportunity to receive peer advisory where you will learn from other executives on a similar journey to you.
These are facilitated, intimate conversations that include exercises and accountability to inspire action.
Our group sessions run for 90 minutes on Zoom and are on the last Tuesday of the month.
In between, we have a WhatsApp community for ongoing connection and support.
You also receive 2 private coaching sessions with Analisa.
These deep dives will focus on the core challenges you are facing in your business from articulating your strategic vision to scaling operations, team management, to intentional growth.

As part of the Circle, you will set 3 goals for how you want to develop your leadership in 2026. Past examples include:
