You Design The Life You Want
You are the CEO of your life. You have the power to set the direction, define what success means for you, and create a career, organization, or next chapter that supports that vision.

This is what the CEO Project is all about.

Instead of shaping your life around work, you intentionally build work that works for your energy, your values, and the season of life you’re in.
Over 6 weeks, you will journey with other change makers to create the vision for the next 3 years of your life and leadership.

This is about building businesses and careers that regenerate our beings so that you can operate in your genius and be of highest service.
This is for you if:
-
You want to build an organization that nourishes you as you much as you nourish it
-
It's time for you to put yourself first
-
You want your next career move to fuel your dream life
-
You need accountability and structure or else you know you'll never take the time to get clear on what you want
-
You're ready to stop reacting to opportunities and start choosing intentionally
-
You’re been struggling to articulate your vision and want to get it out of your head and on to paper
-
You'd love to be inspired by other change makers and their visions
This is not for you if you’re looking for tactical career advice, a quick fix, or someone to tell you what your path should be. This work requires honesty, presence, and a willingness to lead yourself.

About Analisa Winther
After stepping off the traditional corporate ladder, Analisa took full ownership of her time and direction, choosing to become the CEO of her life rather than optimizing success defined by others.
She intentionally designed a life that reflects her values, supports her wellbeing, and fully utilizes her unique genius, proving that powerful leadership does not require personal sacrifice.

For more than a decade, Analisa has coached hundreds of executives, founders, and investors to do the same. Her work centers on holding three visions at once: the future leaders are here to create, the life they want to live, and the organizational structures that make both sustainable.

A global speaker, host of the Future Food podcast, and co-founder of Top 50 Farmers, Analisa believes that when leaders reclaim ownership of their vision and time, they don’t just build better organizations, they build lives that feel intentional, expansive, and deeply fulfilling.
